Overview / acceptance of terms

We may provide information, tools, and services through the Site. Your use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and any policies we post (including our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy).

When we say “insoleo,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Trade Import Group.

Eligibility (age; lawful use)

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use the Site and make purchases.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Products & descriptions

We sell massage insoles intended for everyday comfort and support. Our products are not medical devices and we do not make medical promises.

We try to describe products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that every description, image, or specification is complete, current, or error-free.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing & promotions

Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

Free shipping may be offered as a limited-time promotion. We may change, pause, or end this promotion at any time for future orders.

For EU deliveries, shipments may be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. Import duties and VAT (if applicable) are not included in product prices and may be collected on delivery by local authorities or carriers. We do not control these charges.

Orders, payment (Shopify Payments), fraud prevention, cancellation/changes

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information (including your shipping address).

Payments are processed through Shopify and payment processors, including Shopify Payments where available. We do not store full payment card details.

We may take steps to prevent fraud, including requesting additional verification or canceling orders that appear suspicious. If an order is canceled after payment, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

Order changes/cancellations: If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@insoleo.store. We can only attempt changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & delivery

We ship internationally, including to the United States and EU countries.

Processing typically takes 1–4 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–13 business days (standard shipping). These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking may be available, but it is not guaranteed for every order. If tracking is available, we will provide it (typically by email) when it becomes available from the carrier.

User content/reviews

If the Site allows you to submit content (such as reviews, comments, images, or other materials), you are responsible for what you submit.

You agree that your content will be accurate (to the best of your knowledge), not misleading, and not violate any law or third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted)

To the extent permitted by law, insoleo/Trade Import Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Import Group, and its affiliates and service providers, from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law / jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the extent permitted by law, courts located in Bucharest, Romania will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide you with additional rights, those rights are not affected.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of posting.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
